Season Magazine is a new food publication (available in digital and print formats) specifically for the gluten- and allergen-sensitive community. We are passionate about great gluten-free food and we share our passion through well-informed writing and a fresh approach to design. We also share our love for fabulous seasonal British produce – the root of every ingredient in the magazine is British.
Every single recipe in the magazine is free of any gluten-containing ingredients, so you never have to reinvent them to ensure they are safe and delicious. Many of the recipes are suitable for other intolerances and allergies too, such as lactose, nut and more (clearly illustrated in every recipe).
The magazine is published four times a year, coinciding with the British seasons. It’s packed full of fabulous recipes carefully created by our team of expert cooks and nutritionists. But in addition to great recipes, you’ll find features about interesting British produce, its history and provenance. You’ll also meet British food growers and producers, from farmers to vintners. We do our utmost to present the latest research and health news relating to coeliac disease in an open and helpful way. And we provide honest and informative restaurant and gluten-free food reviews.
