Hello there and welcome to Season Magazine and its website, which we created as a response to the lack of gorgeous and great gluten-free magazines available in the UK and – if we’re totally honest – because we love everything to do with gluten-free food. Meet the team.

Sam Pears – Founder and Editor
Having edited magazines for more than a decade and being diagnosed with coeliac disease, I decided to create a magazine and website that celebrates gluten-free food and cooking. Being diagnosed with coelaic disease had a positive effect on my life. Following an entirely gluten-free diet improved my health almost immeasurably. I saw the necessary change in my diet as a good way of reigniting my interest in food – eating seasonally and cooking with fresh British produce. I hope my passion is evident on the pages of the magazine and website that we’ve created for you.
